My fear of rejection comes in the form of sudden vulnerability hangovers. At the time I shared the thing, I felt aligned and good. The next day, I want to delete my account.

I try to remind myself I'm sharing to create little threads of connection, that no one can know me if I don't let myself be seen. That this feeling is temporary. Then I try to distract myself because no amount self-talk is going to convince my body, so I try to do something regulating instead.
