This one reminds me of something I heard about abundance and how that shouldn’t be our objective because abundance can easily spill into too muchness and lead to overwhelm and freeze (like unlimited storage in email inboxes that let you keep everything in there for looking at “later”) We should, instead aim for enoughness instead, because enough keeps us in the window of capacity. I remind myself of this when I feel overwhelmed, pause, and move to another activity that feels cozy like a nap.
I feel overwhelmed and then when I have space
I follow my pleasure. I follow whatever title makes my body more more open and/or happy sparky.
